Description:
Student Pay: $350 per week for 2-weeks

We can now recruit recent graduates and offer tuition assistance up to $7,000.
This will be paid out in weekly installments of $50 to the driver.

*Drivers must provide a copy of their contract showing the remaining balance*

There will be two types of drivers that are going to be eligible for tuition assistance;

**Students currently in school and **Recent Graduates
These will be handled by recruiters and processed by experienced processor group
Students will be scheduled for orientation and upon completion will go out with a mentor.

**Experienced Drivers (Meeting current hiring guidelines) with the current outstanding balance to the school
These will be handled by recruiters and processed by an experienced processor group
Drivers will be scheduled for orientation and upon completion will start solo as an experienced driver.
*Excludes “City Drivers”

Requirements:
Applicant must have graduated school within 2 years of application date.
Must have a copy of school contract and balance in to EBE.
Outside students can not have Automatic Restrictions.

Students:
Must meet Student Hiring Criteria located in Recruiting Manual
3 Day Orientation – $250 upon being coded (Need to plan on going out with mentor from Orientation)
After orientation daily communication is done by Student Liaison
Minimum of 14 days with Mentor based on Mentor’s discretion – $350 per week
Upgraded to Solo Driver and assigned to a truck – $50 weekly tuition assistance starts

OTR – Solo Pay = .30cpm / Team Pay = .20cpm
After 3 months as OTR – Solo Pay = .35cpm / Team Pay = .23cpm

Eligible for Dedicated Lanes immediately after upgrading

Experienced Drivers:
Orientation on Monday or Wednesday
Must meet Experienced Driver Hiring Criteria located in Recruiting Manual
3 Day Orientation – $250
Experienced Driver Pay
Eligible for OTR or Dedicated Lanes Immediately

*Tuition assistance does not apply to any C1 students or any other students we have already paid for their school.

TRAINERS:
When Training Pay: $.35 CPM when a student driver is in the truck with them for the first 3-months.

After 3-months, pay will go up to $.45 CPM.
Guaranteed pay raises for mentors up to $.47 CPM while a student is in the truck.

When Solo Pay: $.35 CPM when no one is in the truck with them

Miles: Trainers average 2700+ miles per week

Experience: Need 6-months OTR experience

Home Time: 2-3 weeks out, 2-3 days home
