• This account requires a dedicated PST and most time spent in the Northeast and Midwest.
• Dedicated drivers get to experience many different Dedicated accounts allowing for versatility, improved abilities, skills, and knowledge.
• Drivers here are the most highly sought out drivers due to their flexibility, work ethic and ability to step in and help accounts that are in need.
• Drivers stay out 3 weeks and get 3 days off or 4 weeks out with 4 days off.
• Drivers will receive a weekly guarantee of $1200 as long as they are available for all of that pay week.
• Drivers can average well over $1200 but the weekly guarantee is to cover any weeks that are lighter volume.
• Drivers typically stay on the account in which they have been routed to until home time unless another account has a greater need.
• This account offers a paid vacation of 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 7 years and 4 weeks after 10 years
