DV: $.47cpm (1-3 yrs) | $.48cpm (3-4 yrs) | $.49cpm (4-5 yrs) | $.50cpm 5+ yrs)
FB: $.48cpm (1-2 yrs) | $.49cpm (2-3 yrs) | $.50cpm (3-4 yrs) | $.51cpm 4-5 yrs) | $.52cpm (5+ yrs)
Loading and Unloading Pay: Cummins/Federal freight are preloaded- most deliveries are no touch- Flatbed would be to unsecure- $30.00 a stop for Cummins,
$10.00 for securement for Brokers and $25.00 for Tarp on brokers.
Vacation and Holiday Pay: Vacation 1 week after a year of employment
Dispatch Method: QUALCOMM- when in MN its First in First Out- receive a list of outbounds
Operating Area: All 48 states- We go to Canada also.
Extra $50 for every load going to Canada. If going to Canada, passport will be needed.
Drivers will get dispatched out of MN on first in first out basis. They will get a list of loads to choose from- sometimes the list has 10-20 loads sometime 1-10. Must choose one. No declining moving a load. When on the road it could be a customer back haul or brokers
– we will always focus on getting back to MN since that is where all the loads are out of.
