ANNIVERSARY PAY:

Orientation Pay: $225.00
Home time:7 to 10 days with 2 off 28 days out with 7 off
REFERRAL BONUS:
1,500 paid out in increments of $250.00 after driver excepts dispatch,
250.00 after 30 days,
250.00 after 90 days and remainder of 750.0 after 6 months.
Drivers will operate in all 48-states
2600+ miles
TX and FL drivers will be out 2-3 weeks at a time
7-10 Days out for drivers within 30-miles of Memphis
10 – 12 days out for the rest, running regional (East) of I-35

Driver Hiring Criteria
All drivers must be at least 23 yrs of age and minimum 1 year of verifiable experience
No driver should have over 1 moving violation in the previous 12 months and no more than 2 in the previous 3 years on their MVR.
No more than (2) accidents in the past 3 yrs,
(drivers must provide the accident report for all accidents).
No more than 5 jobs in the last 3-years.
No major violations in the past three years:
• Reckless driving
• Aggravated assault with a motor vehicle
• Attempting to elude a police officer
• Driving on the wrong side of the highway
• Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Failure to stop and report an accident
• Negligent homicide arising out of the use of a motor vehicle
• Operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s authority
• Permitting an unlicensed person to drive
• Speed contest or drag racing
• Use of a motor vehicle during the commission of a felony
• Youthful passenger with an open container
• 2 or more violations of a State or local law or ordinance on motor vehicle traffic control
Note: the conviction date, not the date of violation, will determine the time parameter
All drivers will be required to pass a skills test in the vehicle they will be operating.
Failing to pass this test will result in a no-hire.
All drivers are on a 90-day probationary program. Any accidents or major violations can result in termination from this company.
Deliberate falsification on the application or documents can result in termination from this company.
All prospective drivers are to provide the following:
Current: CDL, SS Card, Medical Card & Medical Long Form.
Must have 1-year experience
10 days out, home for 2 days
2-day orientation in Mississippi
No sign-on bonus
Orientation is not paid
Will not hire in PA and CA
Owner will fly /bus the driver out to orientation and have them in a truck on day 3
