Job Ad Body Examples
Job boards are giant aggregators (or search engines). To get more exposure, your job ad needs to hit a certain amount of keywords to trigger SEO (search engine optimization) bots to crawl it. You want to keep the word count over 200. Be sure to use keywords like CDL-A Truck Driver, Class A Truck Driver, Truck Driver, local, regional, OTR, no touch, dedicated, etc.. throughout your ad organically to ensure the SEO bots give you priority over other ill-written job ads on the Internet.

More Helpful Tips
Less is MORE in advertising - I cannot stress this enough. Always say just enough to get their attention. You want them to call you with questions. Never give away all the info at once.
Titles must always be clear and professional - stick to keywords only (you'll get kicked off every job board if you don't heed this advice.
In job description, do NOT put a long list of demands, no one will apply. For example, don't say must be able to pass a drug test, must have no recent tickets/accidents, must not be recently terminated from a job, no license restrictions must have 6 months experience, etc..
Just stick to must have x-amount of experience to apply. You can weed through all the other stuff via phone call. It is a turn-off to drivers to read what won't get them the job.
Never copy/paste a job description, advertise carrier names, or our company names - this violates your non-compete agreement.
Do not post in major cities unless you're paying to sponsor the job. It will limit your job's visibility in search aggregators. Always pick a smaller town outside of a big city to advertise in to get the maximum exposure.
Facebook jobs is seriously underrated, and she is utilized to its full potential.
Posting in Facebook job groups and asking people to drop their zip code - always yields a huge audience.
