Company Drivers Pay:
Dry Van $ .54 per mile
Flat Bed $.56 per mile; Tarp pay $25.00
Heavy Haul – % of the load Varies on what they are hauling.

We have been using Virtual onboarding to help cut down on time in the office.
We can do the drug screen closer to the driver’s home.
We can work with folks that are working – if they want to get routed up through WI to do the Road test and Truck inspection.
